A pool opens only when a curve sells out

Only a launch’s graduation, at 100% sell-through on noctis.zone, opens a pool here. Seeded with the curve’s whole net raise, it opens at 1.2× the graduation price, so the last curve buyers start above water.

[ CREATOR ROYALTY ]

1% of every trade, held for the creator

The pool fee is 1.2%: 1.0% to the creator, 0.1% to the platform, 0.1% back into the reserves. The creator’s share builds up in the pool’s datum and they withdraw it by signing, unless a takeover vote sends it to the community wallet.

[ 365-DAY LOCK ]

Liquidity locked for a year, no withdraw

The graduation LP sits in an escrow contract, and no code path returns it to any wallet. After 365 days it may move once, to Minswap or WingRiders, on 72 hours’ public notice, still locked in the escrow.

One transaction, exact or nothing

No batcher: your own transaction trades against the pool. It pays exactly what it quoted, or is refused whole if another trade got there first. Platform fee: 0.2% of the ADA side, at least 1 ADA and at most 4 ADA.

[ POOL GUARANTEES ]

The graduation LP is escrowed for 365 days, and the escrow validator has no withdraw function in its code.
A pool can only be created by a launch's graduation transaction, so every pair here sold through its whole curve.
The creator royalty is a slot in the pool datum keyed to the creator; only their signature withdraws it.
A swap needs nobody's permission: the pool's swap arm checks the trade, not who makes it. An order names no executor, and only its placer can cancel it.
